で「いつか私たちは気づくときが来る。親は自分自身を救うことも、私たちを救うこともできないのだと。そして、時の流れの中を歩んでいく者は誰もが、やがて底引きの潮にさらわれ、沖へと流されていくのだと。つまり、ひと言でいえば、私たちは皆、死に向かっているのだ。」という意味になります。

There comes a time when ～ で「～する時が来る」という意味の決まった言い回し。
There is ～ と同じ仲間で、is ではなく comes となっています。
どんな時が来るのかというと、
(when) we realize that ～ で「～だと理解する、気付く（ときが）」です。
realize は「～だと気づく、～だとわかる、～を悟る」です。
(that) our parents cannot save themselves or save us, で「親たちは彼ら自身を救えなし、私たちも救えない（ということを）」です。
, that ～「（また）～ということを」
同様に realize の目的語となるthat節です。
we realize that ～, that ～, and that ～ と列挙された形です。
(that) everyone who wades through time で「時の流れを歩いて渡るすべての者が」
wade ウェイドゥで「水中を歩いて渡る、浅瀬を歩いて渡る」という意味の動詞。
水を押し分けて苦労して進む、やっと切り抜けていく、というイメージです。
eventually「最後には」
gets dragged out to sea「沖のほうに引きずり出される」です。
out to sea は「沖へと、陸から海へと」という意味のコロケーションです。
out to the sea ではないことに注目しましょう。
定冠詞 the がつかない用法では他にも、
例：go to sea「船乗りになる」、The ship is at sea.「その船は航海中だ。」
by the undertow「引き波によって」です。
undertow は「（水面からは見えない）底引き流」という意味の名詞。
tow トウは「ロープなどで引っ張る」という意味があります。
さらに、
– that ～「～ということを」
, in short,「つまり、要するに」
we are all going.「私たちはみんな死ぬんだ（ということを）」です。
go は婉曲的に「死ぬ」という意味で使われることがあります。
例：He’s gone.「彼は亡くなった。」
ここでは we are going なので、決まった未来を表して「死に向かっている、死ぬことになる」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
