create a company で「会社を設立する」という意味の言い回しです。
他にも、establish a company や set up a company などとも言えます。

it’s like baking a cake で「それはケーキを焼くようなもの」です。
bake a cake で「ケーキを焼く」です。
bake は「オーブンで焼く」という意味の動詞です。
フライパンや網で焼く場合は、bake ではなく cook などを使います。
例：cook salmon「サケを焼く」

have all the ingredients in the right proportion で「正しい比率ですべての材料をもつ」です。
all the ～ は「すべての～」という意味の言い回しです。
ingredient は「材料、原料、含有物、成分」という意味です。
例：cooking ingredient「食材」、harmful ingredient「有害な成分」
in the right propotion で「正しい比率で」です。
proportion は「比率、割合、つり合い、バランス」という意味の名詞です。
