で「他の多くのアジア料理と比較して、日本食（和食）は一般的により繊細な味の特徴を持っている。」という意味になります。

Compared to ～ で「～と比較して」という意味の言い回しです。

most other Asian cuisines で「他の大多数のアジア料理」です。
cuisine は「（特定の地域などの）料理、食事」という意味です。
例：Cantonese cuisine「広東料理」

boast は「～を誇る」という意味ですが、この場合は「（いい意味の特徴として）持っている」というくらいの意味合いです。

a much subtler taste profile で「より繊細な味の特徴」です。
subtle サトゥは「繊細な、微妙な」という意味の形容詞に
比較級 -er が付いた形です。
taste profile で「味の特徴、味の側面」という意味です。
profile プロウファイォは「輪郭、概略図、側面、特徴」と言った意味です。
よく事件の捜査などでプロファイリングという言葉を聞きますが、犯人の特徴を徹底的に調べ上げる操作方法です。
