で「東京はコントラストがすべてです。その圧倒的な魅力は最先端のスタイルと伝統的な文化の衝突から来ています。渋谷の整ったカオスから上野公園の静寂、秋葉原の熱中から銀座の上品さ。ここには本当にすべての人が楽しめるものがあります。」という意味になります。

is all about ～ で「～がすべてだ、～に尽きる」という意味の表現パターンです。
例：That’s what my work is all about.「それが私の仕事だ。私の仕事はそれに尽きる。」

Its irresistible charm が主語で「その抵抗できない魅力、圧倒的な魅力」です。
irresistible イリ[ズィ]スティボォは「抵抗できない」という意味の形容詞です。
ir-（否定の接頭語）＋ resist ＋ able の形です。
例：irresistible force「不可抗力」、irresistible pressure「抵抗できない圧力」
charm は「（人を引き付ける）魅力、魔力」という意味の名詞です。
charm point チャームポイントでおなじみですね。

comes from the clash between its cutting-edge style and traditional culture で「その最先端のスタイルと伝統的な文化の衝突から来ています」です。
come from ～ は「～から来ている、～からもたらされる」です。
clash は「衝突」です。
グシャッ、ガシャンなどという擬音語から来ています。

From the organized chaos of Shibuya to the serenity of Ueno Park で「渋谷の整ったカオスから上野公園の静寂まで」です。
from ～ to … の形です。
organized chaos で「整ったカオス、まとまった混沌」です。
organized は「まとまった、組織された、整った」です。
serenity は「静寂、静穏」という意味の名詞です。
形容詞形は、serene スィリーン「静かな、平穏な」です。
例：serene evening「静かな晩、穏やかな晩」

the obsession of Akihabara to the elegance of Ginza で「秋葉原の熱中から銀座のエレガンスまで」です。
obsession of Akihabara で「秋葉原の熱中」です。
obsession は「熱中、こだわり、取りつかれていること、頭から離れないこと」といった意味合いです。
例：obsession with detail「細部にまで目を光らせること、異常に細かいこと」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
