the whole complex「その複合施設ビル全体」が主語です。
complex はこの場合は、「複合施設ビル」という意味になります。
デパートというよりも、ショッピング店舗やイベント会場、オフィスなどが入っている大きなビルのことです。
今回は、六本木の東京ミッドタウンのことですね。

must-stop place で「必ず立ち寄るべき場所」となります。
space-inspired は「宇宙風の」という意味になります。
-inspired は「～ぽい、～風の」という意味を作ります。
inspire は「～を触発する、～を刺激してひらめきを与える」という意味の動詞です。
例：Japanese-inspired「日本風の、日本から着想を得た」、retro-inspired dress「レトロっぽいドレス」
