As a result, the way we think, we act, the way we communicate is from the outside in, it’s obvious. We go from the clearest thing to the fuzziest thing.
で「結果として、私たちの考え方、行動のしかた、伝達のしかたは、外から内へだ。それは明らかなことです。私たちは（普通）はっきりした物事から曖昧な物事へと進むものです。」という意味になります。

As a result で「結果として、結果的に」という意味の言い回しでよく使われる表現です。

the way we think, we act, the way we communicate が主語になります。
「私たちの考え方、行動のしかた、伝達の仕方」です。

is from the outside in, で「～はアウトサイドインです」となります。
from the outside in で「外から中へ」という意味の慣用句です。
What→How→Why と「外から中へ」ということですね。

it’s obvious は「それは明らかなこと」です。
obvious は「明らかな、明白な」という意味になります。

We go from the clearest thing to the fuzziest thing で「私たちは、明白なことから曖昧なことに進むものである」となります。
from the clearest thing で「はっきりしたことから」
to the fuzziest thing で「曖昧なことへ」
です。
fuzzy は「曖昧な、不明瞭な、不鮮明な」という意味の形容詞です。
イメージ的には「けばだった、綿毛上の、ふわふわした」です。
例：fuzzy kitten「ふわふわした子猫」、fuzzy notion「漠然とした考え方」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
