で「アップルがもし他の会社と同じだったら、マーケティングメッセージはこんな感じになるでしょう。”我々のコンピュータは素晴らしく美しいデザインで簡単に使えユーザフレンドリーひとついかがですか?”　”別に”」という意味になります。

If Apple were like everyone else, で「もしアップル社が他のみんなと同じようだったら」となります。

a marketing message from them might sound like this: で「マーケティングメッセージはこんな感じになるでしょう」です。
sound like this で「こんな風だ、こんな感じだ」という意味になります。

“We make great computers. They’re beautifully designed, simple to use and user friendly. Want to buy one?” “Meh.” で
「”我々は素晴らしいコンピューターを作っています。美しいデザインで、簡単に使えユーザフレンドリーです。ひとついかがですか?”　”別に”」となります。
beautifully designed で「美しくデザインされた」です。
simple to use は「簡単に使える」です。
Want to buy one? で「おひとついかが、おひとつ欲しいですか？」です。
頭の Do you が省略された形ですね。

Meh は間投詞で「まあ、別に、いや別に」という意味合いです。
無関心・投げやりな感情が含まれます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

アップル社がもし他のみんなと同じようだったら

彼らの広告は

might sound like this:
こんな感じだろう

“We make great computers.
素晴らしいコンピューターを作っています

They’re beautifully designed,
とても美しくデザインされて
