one half of ～ で「～の半数」となります。
MBA は Master of Business Administration「経営学修士」のことです。

non-Japanese – coming from over 17 different countries. で「17の様々な国から来ている非日本人」です。
この場合の different は「違った」という意味から「さまざまな」という意味合いになります。

Male to female ratio of the students are close to 50/50 で「男女比はほぼ50:50である」です。
Male to female ratio で「男女比」です。
male メイォ「男性」、female フィーメイォ「女性」です。
ratio レイショウは「比率、割合」です。カタカナ英語のレシオのことですね。

make ～ … で「～を…の状態にする」です。
make us ～ で「我々を～にしている」です。

名詞形は、最近よく聞く diversity ダイバーシティ「多様性」ですね。
