Today, I couldn’t find the keys to open the store I work at. The resulting stress gave me chest pains that ended up sending me to the hospital. I still missed work and my father found the keys under the passenger seat in his car. The same seat I sat in on the way to the hospital. FML
で「今日、勤務している店を開けるための鍵をなくしてしまった。そのストレスで胸の痛みが生じ、病院へ行くことになってしまった。いまも仕事を欠勤した状態だが、父が車の助手席の下から鍵を見つけてくれた。私が病院へ行く時に座っていた席だ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I couldn’t find the keys to open the store I work at で「勤務先のお店を開けるカギが見つからなかった」です。
couldn’t find ～ で「見つけられなかった」で「～をなくしてしまった」です。
the keys to open the store で「店を開けるための鍵」です。
the store I work at で「私が働いているお店」です。

The resulting stress gave me chest pains で「そのことによるストレスで胸が痛くなった」です。
the resulting stress で「その結果としてのストレス」となります。
鍵をなくしてしまったことによるストレスですね。
give me chest pains で「私に胸痛を与える」なので「胸が痛くなる」となります。

chest pains (that) ended up sending me to the hospital で「（その胸の痛みが）私を病院へと送ることになってしまった」です。
end up ～ で「結局～となる、最後には～になる」という意味の言い回しです。
例：She ended up marrying other man.「彼女は結局他の男と結婚することになった。」」

I still missed work で「私は今も仕事を休んでいる」です。
miss work で「会社を休む、仕事を休む」という意味の言い回しです。

my father found the keys under the passenger seat in his car で「父が車の助手席の下からその鍵を見つけた」です。
passenger seat は「助手席」という意味になります。
passenger は「乗客」です。
ちなみに後部座席は backseat となります。

The same seat I sat in on the way to the hospital で「病院へ行くときに私が座っていた同じ座席だ」です。
The same seat I sat in で「私が座ったまさにその座席」です。
sat は sit の過去形。
sit in ～ で「～に座る」です。
椅子に座るは sit on ～ とも言いますが、車のシートの場合は sit in ～ となります。
