has charmed 現在完了形で「（今まで）魅了してきている」という【継続】の意味を含ませています。
charm はチャーミングでおなじみですが名詞では「魅力、人を引きつける魔力、お守り、まじない、魔除け」などという意味があります。
今回は動詞で「人をうっとりさせる、魅了する」となります。
charm many で「多くの人を魅了する」です。
many は「多くの人」という意味で使われます。many people の短縮形と考えてOKです。

both domestically and abroad. で「国内でも海外でも両方で」です。
domestically は「国内で、家庭内で」という意味です。
例：protect domestic industry「国内産業を保護する」

boast が述語で「～を誇る、誇らしい実績を持っている」という意味です。
例：boast a high standard of living「高い生活水準を誇る」

while uploads typically record six-digit view counts. で「その一方で、アップロード動画はいつも6桁の表示回数を記録している」です。
uploads は「アップロード」で、「インターネット上にファイルを載せること」です。
今回は「アップロード動画」を指して言っています。
typically ティピカリーは「通常は、いつもは、たいたいいつも」です。
six-digit で「6桁」です。10万台という意味です。
view counts は「表示回数、見られた回数」です。視聴率に近いものです。

Comments posted under each clip are a mix of ～ で「それぞれの動画の下に投稿されるコメントは～の入り交りである」です。
each clip で「それぞれの動画」です。
clip は元々映画などの場面を切り出した短い映像のことですが、「ネット上の動画」を指して使われます。
ミュージッククリップでもおなじみですね。

どんなコメントが入り交じるのかというと、
a mix of awe at what he’s doing, and a desire to follow his lead and indulge in similar activities. で「彼のやっていることに対する尊敬と、同じような活動に自分も耽りたいという願望の入り交じり」です。
awe at ～ で「～への畏敬の念」です。「畏敬、感心、凄いと思うこと」ですね。
what he’s doing で「彼のやっていること」です。

and a desire to follow his lead で「そして彼の先例に倣いたいという願望」です。
follow a lead で「先例に倣う」という意味のイディオムです。

and (desire to) indulge in similar activities で「そして同じような活動に自分も耽ってみたいという願望」です。
indulge in ～ で「～に耽る、～を思う存分楽しむ」という意味の言い回しです。
indulge は「耽る、溺れる、やりたいだけさせる」という意味の動詞です。
例：indulge a child「子供を甘やかす」、indulge in drinking「酒に耽る」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
