are curated by artificial intelligence で「AIによってまとめられる」なります。
curate キュリィトゥは「情報を収集し整理し要約して公開する」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は curation　キュレイション「キュレーション、まとめること」
例：curation site「まとめサイト」、curator「（美術館や博物館などの）学芸員、館長」
artificial intelligence は「AI、人工知能」ですね。
artificial アー・ティ・[フィ]・シャォで「人工の」という意味の形容詞（adjective）です。
例：artificial bone「人工骨」
art は「芸術・美術」でおなじみでが、もともとは arm と関係があって「手仕事、自然の模倣、技術、人の手による」という意味があります。

セミコロンの後の文は前の文に対して、並列もしくは相反する情報を挿入します。
human involvement で「人の関与」です。
involvement は「関与すること、関り」です。

The service は前出の Today In のことですね。
aggregate アグリゲイトゥは「～を集約する、～を集めて統合する」です。

名詞形は aggregation「集合体、集団、集合、集約」です。
例：aggregation of cells「細胞の集合体」

何からの投稿を集約するのかというと、

news organizations で「報道機関」となります。
organization は「組織、機関」です。
