Groove X Inc で「Groove X 株式会社」です。
venture firm は「ベンチャー企業」です。
venture company とも言えます。
Inc は Incorporated「合同した、会社組織の」の略です。

has developed “Lovot,” a home-use robot で「家庭用ロボットの”Lovot”を開発した」です。
home-use で「家庭用の」という意味になります。
反対に「商用の」は business-use です。

Groove X said (that)～ で「GrooveX社は～と発表した」です。

the robot can communicate with humans like a living creature で「そのロボットは人間とコミュニケーションできる、生きている生物のように」です。
living creature は「生き物」です。

The company will sell two units of the robot as a set で「同社はそのロボット2体をセットとして販売する予定だ」です。
as a set で「セットで」です。

at a price of \598,000 (excluding tax) per set. で「1セットにつき、\598,000（税別）で」です。
excluding tax 「税別」です。
including tax 「税込」と一緒に覚えておきましょう。
per set は「セットにつき」という意味です。per ～ で「～につき」という意味の前置詞です。

ちなみに、\598,000の読み方をおさらいしておきましょう。
five handred ninety eight thousand yen となります。
\（yen）は -s をつけずに発音です。
$（dollar）は -s をつけて、dollars と発音します。
