で「私はいろいろな方面で可能性がありすぎて、すべての方向に羽を広げる機会を自分自身に与えてあげないと、自分にとって危険なくらい。私は自分がそんな人間なような気がする。」という意味になります。

長いですが興味ある方は読んでみてください。

I feel more like ～ は「わたしは（どちらかというと）～なような気がする」という意味の言い回しです。
よく使われる話し言葉の慣用表現です。

どんな気がするのかというと、
I’m a person who ～「私は～な人間だ」とです。

どんな人間かというと、
(who) has so much to offer in different capacities で「いろいろな可能性で提供できるものをあまりにも多く持っている」です。
much to offer で「提供するものが多い、見せ場が多い、見どころの多い」という意味です。
例：Japan has a lot to offer「日本には見どころが多い」
offer は「提供する、あげると申し出る」という意味の動詞（verb）です。
in different capacities で「様々な能力（可能性）で」です。
この場合の different は「いろいろな、様々な」という意味です。
さまざまな分野で活躍する可能性（能力）を持っているということですね。
いわゆる multi-talented です。

that ～ は so と結びついて
so ～ that …「～すぎて…である」です。

it would be a danger for me で「わたしにとって危険になる」です。

何が危険になるのかというと
not to give myself a chance で「自分にチャンス（機会）を与えないと」です。

どんなチャンスかというと、
to spread my wings in all different directions.「いろいろすべての方向に羽を広げる（チャンス）」です。
spread my wings で「羽を広げる」です。
いろいろな分野に挑戦してみるということですね。

ちなみに反対の表現は
box myself in「自分を閉じ込める、一分野に集中させる」です。
