で「同様のことが私たちの職場にも当てはまります。今、私たちのほとんどが、壁のない、開放的なオフィスで働いています。そこでは、同僚たちの絶え間ない雑音と視線に私たちはさらされています。」という意味になります。

same thing is true in our workplaces. で「同じことが私たちの職場にも当てはまる」となります。
same thing is true in ～ で「～でも同じことが言える」という意味の言い回しです。
例：The same is true in your case.「あなたの場合にも当てはまる」
workplace で「職場」です。
same thing「同じこと」とは、前回まで話してきた、「学校での子供たち」のことを指しています。

Now, most of us work in open plan offices, without walls, で「今、私たちのほとんどが、働いている、オープンプランなオフィスで、壁のない」です。
most of us で「私たちのほとんどが」です。
open-plan は「開放感のある、間仕切りの無い」という意味の形容詞です。
壁を取り払って広いワンルームとして使う間取りのことです。

(where) we are subject to the constant noise and gaze of our coworkers. で「（そこでは）私たちは晒されている、同僚たちの絶え間ない雑音と凝視に」です。
be subject to ～ で「～にさらされてる、～の状況下に置かれている」という意味の言い回しです。
subject は sub-（下に）＋ ject（投げる）で、「～の下に投げいれられる」という語源です。
constant は「絶え間ない、ずっと続く、定期的な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：constant cost「固定費」、constant contact「定期的な連絡」
noise and gaze of our coworkers で「同僚たちの雑音と視線」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
