Today, after a fun movie night, I found a note on my fridge saying, “It was delicious.” I don’t know what it is referring to, since nothing is missing and we didn’t eat anything during the movie. FML
で「今日、夜の映画会を楽しんだ後、冷蔵庫にメモが貼ってあるのに気付いた。そのメモにはこう書いてあった。”おいしかったよ”と。私には何のことかわからない。（冷蔵庫からは）何も無くなってないし、映画の間、私たちは何も食べてないし。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

after a fun movie night で「楽しい夜の映画会の後」となります。
movie night とは「夜の映画鑑賞会」のことです。
友達や恋人を家に誘って一緒に映画を観る会のことです。
例：Wanna come over to my place and have a “movie night” with me? 「家にきて一緒に映画でも観ない？」

I found a note on my fridge saying, で「私はメモを見つけた、冷蔵庫に貼ってある、それには～と書いてあった」です。
a note で「一枚のメモ」です。
note は「メモ」という意味です。日本語でいうノートは notebook というので気をつけましょう。
on my fridge で「家の冷蔵庫に貼ってある」です。
fridge フリッジは「冷蔵庫」で、refrigerator リフ[リ]ジレイターの略語形です。
on ～ は必ずしも「上に」という意味ではありません。
今回のように「～に貼ってある、～にくっ付いて」という意味でも使われますので注意しましょう。
例：a fly on the ceiling「天井にとまっているハエ」
saying は「（注意書きやメモ・看板などに）～と書いてある」という意味の言い回しです。
例：the bus with a sign that says “Tokyo” on the front window「フロントガラスに”東京”と書いてあるバス」

何と書いてあったかというと、
“It was delicious.”で「おいしかったよ」

I don’t know what it is referring to, で「私はわからない、それが何について言っているのか」です。
what it is referring to で「何について言っているか」です。
refer to ～ で「～に言及する、～について言う」という意味です。
おいしかったって何のことかわからないということです。

since nothing is missing and we didn’t eat anything during the movie. で「～だから、何も無くなっていないし、映画の間、私たちは何も食べていない」です。
since ～ はこの場合は「～だから、～だし」という理由の意味の接続詞になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
