で「他にもたくさんもっといろいろ不安なものがありますよ。他の人には思いも寄らないようなものが。例えば海藻とか、他にもゾッとするようなものいろいろあります。」という意味になります。

I’m afraid of many, many more things besides で「私は不安である、もっとたくさんのことが、それ以外にも」です。
besides は副詞で「それ以外にも、もっと他にも」という意味になります。
例：have another talent besides「他にもまた別に才能がある」

(that) people can’t even guess at で「人々が推測さえできない（ものが）」です。
guess at ～ で「～を言い当てる、～を推測する」です。

like seaweed で「例えば海藻なんか」です。
like はこの場合は「～のような、例えば～など」という意味になります。
and other things that are scary. で「また他にもゾッとするようなものなど（いろいろあります）」です。
scary は「怖い、ぞっとする、恐ろしい」という意味の形容詞ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

そして私は～が不安です

many, many more things besides
それ以外にももっと多くのことが

that people can’t even guess at,
人が思いも寄らないような

like seaweed
海藻なんか
