で「今日、歯を磨いていた。ママが入ってきて叫んだ。『あら！それは私がトイレ掃除に使った歯ブラシよ！』と。その歯ブラシを歯ブラシホルダーに戻しておいてくれてありがとう。ママ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was brushing my teeth. で「私は歯を磨いていた」です。
teeth ティースは tooth の複数形です。
歯の一本一本が a tooth です。
歯を磨くのは全部の歯ですので teeth となります。

My mum walked in and exclaimed で「ママが入ってきて叫んだ」です。
walk in で「歩いて入ってくる」です。
exclaim は「叫ぶ」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は exclamation「叫び声、悲鳴」です。また「感嘆詞、ビックリマーク」でもおなじみですね。
例：exclaim with delight「喜んで叫ぶ」

“oh that is the toothbrush I used to clean the toilet!” で「あら、それは私が使った歯ブラシよ、トイレを掃除するのに」です。
the toothbrush (that) I used で「私が使った歯ブラシ」となります。
to clean the toilet で「トイレを掃除するために」です。

Thanks for putting it back in the toothbrush holder, mum. で「ありがとう、それを戻しておいてくれて、歯ブラシホルダーに、ママ」です。
thanks for ～ で「～に感謝する」です。
put it back で「それを戻しておく」です。
it は前述のトイレを掃除した歯ブラシのことです。
