で「その状況とはつまり、ご覧の通り、私はまだ若く、まだ40歳そこそこです。まださらに40年は仕事できるかもしれません。」という意味になります。

Which is ～ の which は前述の文を受けての関係代名詞です。
the circumstance that I’m in right now in my career を受けています。
「キャリア上で私が今いる状況」です。

like check it out, で「ごらんのとおり」となります。
like ～ は「～のように」です。
check it out は「ほら見て！」という意味です。

I’m pretty young, I’m only about 40 years old. で「私はかなり若く、まだ40歳くらいだ」です。
pretty はこの場合「かわいい」という意味の形容詞ではなく、副詞で「かなり、まあまあ、それなりに」という意味になります。

I still have ～ で「私はまだ～を持っている」

maybe another four decades of work left in me. で「たぶんさらに、仕事できる40年間を、私の中に残されて」です。
another は「さらなる、もう一つの」という意味の形容詞です。
例：another cup of tea「お茶をもう一杯」
decade デケイドゥは「10年」です。
decade 10年
century 100年
millennial 1000年
となります。
have ～ in me で「私の中には～（素質などが）がある」という意味合いです。
例：I have a wild streak in me.「私には荒々しい一面もある。」
この場合は作家としての「書く力」が自分の中にまだ残されている、という意味いですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私はまあまあ若く

I’m only about 40 years old.
まだ40歳そこそこ
