で「また、言いたいことをもう少し明確にしておきたいのですが、私は、我々のオフィスが、カフェっぽく気軽におしゃべりできる雰囲気の交流は、もっと推奨すべきだと強く思っています。つまり、みんなが集まって、思いがけなくすばらしい意見交換ができるような場のことです。」という意味になります。

And I want to be clear about what I’m saying, で「～について明確にしたい、私がい言っていることについて」です。
be clear about で「～について明確にする、～についてはっきりさせる」です。
例：Let’s be clear about this.「この点についてははっきりさせておきましょう。」
what I’m saying で「私が言っていること」です。

前回、グループワークは今すぐやめるべきだと言ったことを受けてのフォローですね。

because I deeply believe ～ で「なぜなら、私は～だと深く信じているので」です。
deeply believe で「深く信じる、心から信じる」です。

何を心から信じているかというと、
our offices should be encouraging ～ で「私たちのオフィスが～を推奨していくべきだ」です。
our offices は「私たちの職場、私たちそれぞれの職場」です。
encourage エン[カ]リッジで「～を推奨する、～を強く勧める、促す」です。
例：encourage children to study「子供たちに勉強するよう促す」、encourage competition「競争を促す」
何を促すかというと、
casual, chatty cafe-style types of interactions で「カジュアルで、打ち解けたカフェスタイルの、交流の形」です。
chatty は「おしゃべり好きな、打ち解けた」という意味の形容詞です。
動詞形は chat で「おしゃべりする、雑談する」です。
interactions で「交流、相互のやり取り、ふれあい」という意味です。
動詞形は interact で「相互に作用する、交流する、ふれあう」

the kind where ～ で「～する場所のようなもの」です。
the kind (of place) where ～ の略ですね。

どんな場所かというと、
(where) people come together and serendipitously have an exchange of ideas. で「人々が一緒に集まって、思いがけなくすばらしい考えの交換をする（場所）」です。
come together で「集まる、合流する、一緒になる」です。
ビートルズの曲でおなじみですね。

serendipitously セ・レン・[ディ]・ピ・タス・リは「思いがけなく偶然にも」という意味の副詞です。
名詞形は serendipity セレン[ディ]ピティです。
意味は、別のものを探しているときに、偶然に素晴らしい幸運に巡り合ったり、素晴らしいものを発見したりすることのできる、その人の持つ才能。◆【語源】イギリスの作家ホレス・ウォルポール（Horace Walpole）が1754年の書簡で使った造語。次々に予期せぬ発見をする“The Three Princes of Serendip”というペルシャの童話から作ったもの。
とのことです。
ちなみに Serendip は現在のスリランカ、セイロン島から来ています。
例：serendipitous find「掘り出し物」、serendipitous discovery「思わぬ発見」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
