Today, I got suspended from school for smoking in the stairs. I’m grounded for a month without my phone, TV or any type of social connection. All of this would seem like a fair enough punishment if I actually smoked, but instead I just smell like my parent’s second-hand smoke. FML
で「今日、階段でタバコを吸ったという事で停学になった。一か月、携帯、テレビ、その他の友達付き合い一切なしで自宅謹慎させられている。これらは全部、本当にタバコを吸ったなら至極もっともな罰に思えるかもしれないが、そうではない。私はただ親の副流煙の匂いがするだけだ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I got suspended from school for ～ で「私は停学になった、～のかどで」です。
get suspended で「停学になる、停職になる」という意味の言い回しです。
suspend はサスペンダーでおなじみですが「吊る、釣り上げる、浮かす」という意味の動詞です。
そこから「一時停止にする、保留する」という意味になります。
前置詞 for ～ は「～の罪で、～のかどで」という意味があります。
(for) smoking in the stairs で「階段のところでタバコを吸った（という事で）」です。
stairs は「階段」です。

I’m grounded for a month で「私は自宅謹慎になっている、一カ月間」です。
be grounded で「自宅謹慎になる、自宅に閉じこもる」という意味の言い回しです。
悪天候などで飛行機が地上待機になる、飛行禁止になるという意味もあります。
例：For the next two months you are grounded.「今後２か月間、外出禁止です。」

without my phone, TV or any type of social connection. で「携帯、テレビ、あらゆる種類の付き合いもなしで」です。
social connection は「社会的なつながり、友達や恋人などとの付き合い」です。

All of this would seem like a fair enough punishment で「これらすべては、まっとうな罰に思えるだろう」です。
All of this で「これらすべて（の罰）」です。
seem like ～ で「～なように思える、～なように見える」です。
fair enough ～ で「十分公平な、もっともな、まっとうな」という意味です。
if I actually smoked で「もし本当に私がタバコを吸ったなら」です。

but instead ～ で「でもそうじゃなくて～」です。
instead は「～の代わりに」という意味でおなじみですが、このように「そうではなく、それどころか」という意味でも使われます。

I just smell like my parent’s second-hand smoke. で「私はただ～の匂いがするだけだ」です。
my parent’s second-hand smoke で「親の副流煙」です。
second-hand smoke で「副流煙」となります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
