Doing all we can to combat climate change が主語で「気候変動と戦うためにできることを何でもやること」です。
do all we can で「できることをすべてやる、全力を尽くす」です。
combat climate change で「気候変動と戦う」です。
combat ～ で「（問題などに）取り組む、対抗する、食い止める」です。
climate で「気候」、発音はク[ラ]イミトゥとなります。

comes with numerous benefits, で「多数の恩恵がついてくる」です。
come with ～ で「～が付いてくる、商品などに～が付属する、おまけがつく」です。
benefit で「恩恵、利益、メリット、効能」です。
他にも「（社会福祉の）給付金、福利厚生、手当、生活保護費」などという意味でも使われることもあります。
例：Employee Benefits「（従業員の）福利厚生」、nursing care benefits「介護給付」

どんな恩恵があるかというと、
from ～ to …「～から…まで」の形で、まずは、
(from) reducing pollution and associated health care costs で「公害とそれ関連の医療費が減ること」です。
pollution は「公害、汚染」です。
動詞形は pollute ポ[ル]ートゥ「～を汚染する、汚す」です。
associated health care costs で「（その公害）関連の医療費」ということです。
associated で「関連した、結び付けられた、付随した」という意味の形容詞です。
例：associated businesses「関連事業」
から、
(to) strengthening and diversifying the economy by shifting to renewable energy で「経済が強化され多様化すること、再生可能エネルギーに切り替えることで」です。
diversify ディ[ヴァ]ースィファイは「多様化させる」です。ダイ[ヴァ]ースィファイと発音する人もいます。
diversity ディヴァースィティ「多様性」の動詞形です。
shifting to renewable energy で「再生可能エネルギーに移行すること」です。
renewable energy とは再利用可能なエネルギーのことで、例えば、
太陽光（solor power）、風力（wind power）、水力（hydrauric power）、地熱（geothermal power）、潮力（tidal power）発電などのことです。
どんなエネルギーから切り替えるかというと、
renewable energy の対義語の finite energy「限りあるエネルギー」または traditional energy「従来型のエネルギー源」からです。
fossil fuel「化石燃料」などのことです。

, among other measures は挿入句的に「例えば～など（の方法で）」という意味の言い回しです。
（他にもいろいろな取り組みがある中で）例えば～など、という意味になります。
for example に近い意味です。
