the suit は「その訴え、その訴状」です。
suit は「（上下揃いの）スーツ」という意味もありますが、ここでは lawsuit と同じ意味で「訴訟」です。
(which was ～) と挿入句的に関係代名詞節で後から修飾しています。
which was filed by the law firm Hagens Berman で「法律事務所ハーゲンスバーマンによって提訴された（その訴訟）」です。
file は「～を提出する、提訴する」という意味の動詞です。
例：file a patent application「特許申請を提出する」
law firm で「法律事務所」です。
is seeking class-action status で「そして（その訴訟は）集団訴訟の形を取ろうとしている」です。
class-action case, class-action lawsuit で「集団訴訟」です。
status は「状態、立場、地位」です。

said (that) ～ で「その訴状は～だと主張している」です。
say の主語が文書などの場合は「～と書いてある」という意味で訳します。
例：sign that says one way only「一方通行の標識」

訴状はなんと主張しているかというと、
Amazon charges high commissions and other costs to publishers, で「Amazon社が、高額なコミッションやその他の費用を出版者たちに課している」です。
charge は「（お金）～を課す、～を請求する」です。
例：charging method「請求方法」

which in turn significantly increases the retail price of the e-books they sell on Amazon.com. で「（そのことは）結果的に、著しく小売価格を釣り上げている、彼らがamazon.comで販売する電子書籍の（価格を）」です。
which は直前の文を受けて「そのことは～」となります。
in turn は「お返しに、代わりに、結果的に」という意味の副詞句になります。
consequently とも言いかえられます。
significantly increases ～ で「著しく～を高くする」です。
何を高くするかというと、
(increases) the retail price of the e-books で「電子書籍の小売価格を」です.
the e-books (that) they sell on Amazon.com. で「彼らがAmazon.comで販売しているそれらの電子書籍」となります。
retail price で「小売価格」です。
ちなみに「卸価格」は、wholesale price となります。
