Today, I spent all day on the toilet trying to pee and when I did, very little would come out. I would stand up, sit on the couch then go back to the toilet. I have been going to the bathroom around 30 times, including last night trying to fall asleep. Worst day. FML

Today, I spent all day on the toilet trying to pee and when I did, very little would come out. I would stand up, sit on the couch then go back to the toilet. I have been going to the bathroom around 30 times, including last night trying to fall asleep. Worst day. FML
で「今日、一日中、おしっこをしようとして便器の上で過ごした。そしておしっこが出てもほんのちょっとしか出なかった。立ち上がってソファーに座って、そしてまたトイレに戻って。今日はもう私は30回くらいトイレに行っている。昨夜、眠ろうとしている時も含めて。最悪な日だ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I spent all day on the toilet trying to pee で「私は一日中過ごした、便器の上で、おしっこをしようと」です。
おしっこがあまり出ずに、トイレで長い時間過ごしたということです。
all day は「一日中、全日、丸一日」です。
例：Do you wanna hang out with me all day today?「今日はずっと一緒にいたい？」
toilet はアメリカでは「便器」を指します。トイレ全体は bathroom と言います。

trying to pee「おしっこしようとして」という意味の分詞構文です。
このようにカンマがつかない分詞構文もあるので慣れておきましょう。

and when I did, very little would come out. で「そして、おしっこが出た時でも、ほんのちょっとしか出なかった」です。
when I did は の did は pee「おしっこをした（peed）」を意味しています。
very little would come out で「ほんのちょっとが出た」です。
この would は過去の短期的な習慣・反復行動を表す would で「～したものだった」という意味合いです。

I would stand up, sit on the couch then go back to the toilet. で「立ち上がって、ソファーに腰を下ろし、そしてまたトイレに戻って（といった具合だった）」です。
この would も上記と同じ用法ですね。
トイレから立ち上がって、リビングのソファーに座って、ちょっと落ち着くとまた、トイレに戻って。。。という意味です。
couch カウチは主にアメリカ英語で「ソファー（sofa）」と同義です。

I have been going to the bathroom around 30 times, で「私はこの一日、トイレに30回くらいひっきりなしに行き続けている」です。
have been ～ing と現在完了進行形で、短期間の途切れない繰り返し行動を表しています。

around はここでは「～くらい、およそ～」という意味の用法です。

including last night trying to fall asleep. で「昨夜も含めて、寝ようとしていた（昨夜）」です。
夜中から今日にかけてずっとそんな状態だということです。
including last night で「昨夜も含めて」です。
including ～ で「～も含めて」という意味の前置詞の用法です。

コメント欄を読むと、「UTIかprostateの可能性が高い」と言っている人がいました。
UTI は「尿路感染（urinary tract infection）」
prostate は「前立腺（肥大症）」のことです。
確かに、すぐに病院に行って診て（go and see a doctor）もらうべき案件ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
