Today, I had to physically force my nephew to change his clothes after he tried to go out in long black jeans, a long-sleeved black shirt and a heavy black hoodie. It’s currently 106°F where we live. Apparently, heatstroke is the new trend, as several of his classmates are dressing the same way. FML
で「今日、私は甥を無理やり着替えさせねばならなかった。彼が黒の長いジーパンと長袖の黒シャツ、厚手の黒のパーカーを着て外出しようとしたから。現在、私の住んでいる地域は106度F（41度C）である。どうやら、熱中症にかかることが最新トレンドになっているらしい。彼のクラスメイトたちの何人かも同じような服装をしているから。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I had to physically force my nephew to ～ で「私は、身体的に、おいに～するように強制しなければならなかった」です。
force ～ to do … で「～に…するように強制する、無理に～させる」という意味の言い回しです。
そこに physically「物理的に、身体的に」という副詞が付いています。
この、physically force は言葉の指示だけでなく、肉体的な力を使って無理強いするという意味になります。
例：be physically assaulted「肉体的に暴行を受ける」
nephew ネフューは「おい」です。姪は niece ニースですね。

to change his clothes で「彼に着替え（させる）」です。
change one’s clothes で「着替える」という意味のコロケーションです。
cloths の発音はクローズとなります。

after ～ で「～のあとで」ですが、この場合のように「～なので、～だから」と訳すとしっくりするときもあります。

he tried to go out in ～ で「彼が～を着て外出しようとした（から）」です。
in ～ で「～を着て」という意味になります。
何を着てかと、
in long black jeans, a long-sleeved black shirt and a heavy black hoodie. で「黒の長いジーパンと、長袖の黒シャツ、厚手の黒のフード付きパーカーを着て」です。
heavy black hoodie の heavy はこの場合は「厚手の」という意味です。

It’s currently 106°F で「現在気温が106度Fだ」です。
F は Fahrenheit [ファ]レンハイトゥ「華氏」です。アメリカでの温度の測り方です。
日本では C の Celsius [セ]ルスィウス「摂氏」が使われます。
where we live で「私たちが住んでいる場所では」という意味になります。

Apparently, ～「どうやら～らしい」
heatstroke is the new trend, で「熱中症が新しい流行である（らしい）」です。
heatstroke で「熱中症」です。
例：get heatstroke で「熱中症になる」

as ～「～するなかで、～しているので」です。
several of his classmates are dressing the same way. で「彼のクラスメートの何人かが同じような恰好をしている」です。
the same way は副詞句で「同じように、同じ風に」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
