In the joint statement, the Quad countries said they will begin “new cooperation” in space, which will include sharing satellite data for peaceful purposes such as monitoring climate change and disaster response.
で「その共同声明の中で、クアッド（日米豪印戦略対話）は発表した。彼らは宇宙での新たな協力を始めると。それは、気候変動や災害対応など平和目的での通信衛星データ共有などが含まれる。」という意味になります。

In the joint statement, で「その共同声明の中で」です。

the Quad countries said (that) ～ で「クアッドの国たちは～だと言った」です。
Quad とは、Quadrilateral Security Dialogue（日米豪印戦略対話）のことで、
日本、アメリカ合衆国、オーストラリアおよびインドの四カ国間における会談です。
ですので、the Quad countries は上記の4カ国を指します。
ちなみに quad は「4倍の、4個の」などという意味です。
single（1倍）,double（2倍）、triple（3倍）、quad（4倍）となります。

ちなみに、said (that) they will ～の部分ですが、
would ではなく、will を使うことで「今でも～しようとしている（still）」という意味が強調されています。
もしこの will が would になると、
それを発表した（said）時点ではそうしようとしていたが今は定かではない、
というニュアンスが含まれてしまいます。

they は先ほどの the Quad countries を指しています。
new cooperation in space で「宇宙での新しい協力」です。

which ～「（その協力とは）～」
which will include ～ で「その協力とは、～が含まれる」です。
sharing satellite data で「サテライトデータの共有」です。
satellite data とは人工衛星で得られたデータのことで、位置情報や気象情報など多岐にわたります。

for peaceful purposes で「平和的な目的のための（データ共有）」です。
such as ～「～などの」
monitoring climate change「気候変動の観測や」
and disaster response. で「災害対応（など）」です。
climate change は地球温暖化などのことですね。
disaster response は「災害対応」です。
response は「反応」という意味もありますが、このような場合は「対応、応急措置」などという意味になります。
例：first responder「第一対応者（救急隊、救助隊など）」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
