Today, my son tripped into a door and slammed it shut. I’d been holding onto the door frame, leaning around to talk to a neighbour, so of course it slammed my fingers. It must be a really sharp door, because I just woke from the surgery to reattach my three amputated fingers. FML

Today, my son tripped into a door and slammed it shut. I’d been holding onto the door frame, leaning around to talk to a neighbour, so of course it slammed my fingers. It must be a really sharp door, because I just woke from the surgery to reattach my three amputated fingers. FML
で「今日、息子がつまずいてドアを勢いよく閉めた。私は近所の人と話すために身を乗り出して、そのドア枠をしっかり掴んでいた。当然の成り行きとして、そのドアは私の指を激しく叩きつけた。そのドアはとても鋭かったに違いない。なぜなら、私は今、切断された３本の指の再接着手術から目覚めたところだからだ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my son tripped into a door で「私の息子がつまずいてドアに突っ込んだ」という意味です。
trip into ～ で「つまずいて～の中に行く」という意味ですので、
蹴躓いたまま勢いよくドアになだれ込んでいくイメージです。
and slammed it shut. で「そして、そのドアをバタンッと勢いよく閉めた」です。
slam the door shut で「ドアをバタンと閉める」という意味です。
slam はスラムダンクでおなじみですが「強く叩きつける、強打する」という意味の動詞です。
例：slam down the phone「電話をガチャンと切る」

I’d been holding onto the door frame, で「私はそのドアの枠を掴まっていた」です。
had been ～ing で「～していた」です。過去完了形で息子が突っ込んでくる前から「～していた」という意味ですね。
hold onto ～ で「～にしっかりと掴まっている」という意味です。

leaning around to talk to a neighbour, は分詞構文で「～しながら」という意味です。
「ご近所の人と話すために身を乗り出しながら」です。
lean は「傾く、寄りかかる」という意味の動詞です。
lean around という言い回しの用例が見つからないですが、around は「近くに、そばで」という意味の副詞として「ドア近辺に寄りかかって～近所の人と話していた」という意味になるかと思います。

so「だから」
of course「もちろん」
it slammed my fingers. で「それは私の指を強く打ち付けた」です。
it は the door のことです。
ドア枠に置いてあった指を、閉まるドアがばたんと叩きつけたということです。

It must be a really sharp door, で「それはとても鋭いドアに違いない」です。
must はここでは「～にちがいない、～のはずだ」という意味です。
because ～「なぜなら～だから」
I just woke from the surgery で「私はちょうど今、手術から目を覚ましたところ（だから）」です。
何の手術かというと、
(the surgery) to reattach my three amputated fingers. で「～を再接着させるための（手術）、私の切断された3本の指を」です。
surgery [サ]ージェリィは「外科手術」です。
surgeon [サ]ージェンで「外科医」となります。
reattach は、re- ＋ attach で「再び取り付ける」です。
amputated [ア]ンピュテイティドゥで「（手足などを）切断された」です。
名詞形は amputation アンピュテイション「切断」です。
例：arm amputation「腕の切断」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
