TED-Edより「What are those floaty things in your eye?（目の中に浮かんでいるものはなんだろう？）」です。

Under ideal viewing conditions, you might even see what looks like a dark tail following the dot. This is the red blood cells that have bunched up behind the leukocyte. Some science museums have an exhibit which consists of a screen of blue light, allowing you to see these blue sky sprites much more clearly than you normally would.

で「理想的な観測状況下であれば、その光の点の後に続く暗い尻尾のように見える物が見えるかもしれません。これは、その大きな白血球の後ろに集まった赤血球たちです。科学博物館の中には、ブルーライトスクリーンでできた展示物を置いているとこがあり、この展示では、これらの青空妖精たちをいつもよりずっとはっきりと見る機会を与えてくれます。」という意味になります。

Under ideal viewing conditions, で「理想的な感想条件下であれば」です。
viewing conditions で「観測条件、観測状況」です。
ideal アイ[ディ]ーォは「理想的な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：ideal boss「理想の上司」

you might even see ～ で「あなたは～を見ることさえあるかもしれない」です。
何を見るかもしれないかというと、
what looks like a dark tail following the dot. で「暗いしっぽに見えるもの、その点の後を追う（尻尾）」です。
what looks like ～ は「～のように見えるもの」という意味の決まり文句です。
ここはカッコでくくってしまっても意味が通ります。
see (what looks like) a dark tail「暗いしっぽを見る」
the dot とは前述されている「光の点」のことですね。
大きな白血球（leukocyte）が毛細血管（capillary）を堰き止めてできる光を通す部分のことでした。

This is the red blood cells (that) ～ で「これは～する赤血球たちです」です。
何をする赤血球かというと、
(that) have bunched up behind the leukocyte. で「一団となった（赤血球たち）、その白血球の背後で」です。
bunch は「（果物などの）房、束」という意味から、動詞では「まとまった、一団となった」という意味になります。
the leukocyte は「その白血球」です。毛細血管をせき止めるくらい大きなその白血球のことです。

Some science museums have an exhibit (which) ～ で「一部の科学博物館には、～な展示がある」です。
どんな展示かというと、
(an exhibit which) consists of a screen of blue light で「ブルーライトのスクリーンで構成された（展示物）」です。
consist of ～ で「～から成る、～で構成されている」という意味の言い回しです。
前置詞 of には【材料】の意味があります。
例：made of glass「カラスでできてる」

allowing you to see ～ で「（それは）あなたに～を見せてくれる」です。
allowing ～ と直前の文を主語に取った分詞構文となっています。
allow ア[ラ]ウで「～を許す」ですが、allow ～ to … で「～が…するのを許す、自由にさせてくれる」という意味になります。
(see) these blue sky sprites で「これらの青空の精霊たち（が見えるように）」です。
sprite スプライトゥは「精霊、妖精」です。
妖精・精霊という言葉には他にも fairy や pixie などがありますが、違いはこちらが参考になりました。https://fornoob.com/what-is-the-difference-between-a-pixie-a-fairy-and-a-sprite/
fairy と pixie はどちらも人間型のようです。ティンカーベルなどのイメージでしょうか。
sprite は人間の目には見えないけど存在を感じる「精霊、魂、霊魂（soul, ghost）」という感じでよく「木の精、水の精」などというイメージのようです。
much more clearly で「ずっとはっきりと」です。much は more の強調。
than you normally would で「通常（それらを）見るよりも」です。
would の後には (see them) が省略されています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
