spokesperson で「スポークパーソン、広報担当者」です。
Trader Joe’s はアメリカで人気の食料品スーパーマーケットチェーンです。
told the Boston.com on Thursday that ～ で「伝えた、Bostom.comに、火曜日に、～だと」です。
Boston.com はウェブニュースメディアですね。

何と伝えたかというと、that節で、
they were “prepared to immediately begin ～ で「彼らは用意ができている、すぐにでも～を始める（用意が）」です。
they は話をした広報担当者を含んだ Trader Joe’s の経営者側のことを指しています。
be prepared to do ～で「～する準備ができてる」です。
immediately イ[ミ]ーディィトゥリは「すぐに、即座に」という意味の副詞。
何を始める準備かというと、
(begin) discussions with union representatives で「労働組合の代表者たちとの話し合い」です。
discussions は「話し合い、議論、討議」です。
union は「労働組合」、representative で「代表者、代弁者、代理人」です。
(representatives) for the employees at [the Hadley] store で「ハードリーの店舗の従業員たちのための代表者たち」です。
Hadley はマサチューセッツの地方名なので、ここではトレーダージョーズのハードリー店ということですね。
(discussions) to negotiate a contract で「契約交渉をするための（話し合い）」です。
negotiate は「交渉する」という意味でおなじみですが、他動詞では「～を取り決める、うまくやりのける」という意味合いです。
