で「しかし、私には言っておかねばないことがある。この公平の宮殿の中に続く暖かな敷居の上に立っている皆さんに。それは我々が正当な場所を得る過程において、誤った行いでわれわれが有罪となってはいけないということです。」という意味になります。

But there is something that I must say to my people, で「だが、～がある、私が言わないといけないことが、私の人々に」です。
my people はここでは「わが同胞たち、仲間たち」です。
その my people は、
who stand on the warm threshold で「この暖かい敷居の上に今立っている」です。
threshold は「敷居、玄関、入口、出発点」という意味の名詞です。
which leads into the palace of justice で「（その敷居は）この公正の宮殿の中に続く」です。
lead to ～ は「（道などが）～に続く、～につながっている、～に通じる」です。
例：The larynx leads to the windpipe.「咽頭は気管につながってる。」

何を言わないといけないのかというと、つまり（:）
In the process of gaining our rightful place, で「私たちの正当な場所を手に入れる過程において」です。
we must not be guilty で「私たちは有罪になってはいけない」です。
must not ～ で「～してはいけない」という【禁止】の意味になります。
be guilty of wrongful deeds. で「間違った行いで有罪になる」です。
guilty of ～ で「～で有罪である、～の罪がある」です。
例：be guilty of fraud「詐欺罪を犯している」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

I must say
わたしが言わないといけないものが

to my people,
わが同胞たちに

who stand on the warm threshold
この暖かな敷居の上に今立っている

which leads into the palace of justice:
公正の宮殿につながる（敷居）

In the process of
～の過程において

私たちの正当な場所を得ることの

we must not be guilty of
私たちは～の罪を犯してはならない

wrongful deeds.
間違った行為の
