キング牧師の演説「私には夢がある」（1963年）です。

And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

で「そして彼ら（白人たち）は自分たちの自由が密接に我々（黒人たち）の自由に繋がっていると気付きだしている。我々は一人歩いていくことはできない。そして歩きながら、われわれは常に前進しなければならないと誓わなければならない。」という意味になります。

And ～「そして～」
they have come to realize that ～ で「彼らは～だと気付き始めている」です。
they とは white people「白人たち」のことを指しています。
何と気付き始めているかというと、
(that) their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. で「彼らの自由が、切り離せないほどに、われわれの自由と結びついている（ということ）」です。
their freedom が「白人たちの自由」です。
inextricably イニクストゥ[リ]カブリィで「不可分なほどに、切手も切れないほどに」という意味の副詞です。
extricate [エ]クストゥリケイトゥで「～を解放する、束縛から自由にする」という意味の動詞ですので、
否定の接頭辞 in- がついて inextricable で「切り離せない、切っても切れない」となります。
be bound to ～ で「～に結びついている、～に行きつく運命にある」です。
bound は bind「～を縛る」の過去分詞形から形容詞になって「～行きの」という意味です。
例：a plane bound for Paris「パリ行きの飛行機」
be bound to our freedom なので「我々の自由に行き着く運命である、～に結びついている」です。
our freedom は「我々黒人たちの自由」です。

We cannot walk alone. で「我々は一人では歩けない。（一人ではやっていけない）」です。
we は white people と black people のこと。

And as we walk, で「そして、われわれは歩きながら」
we must make the pledge that ～ で「我々は～しなければと誓わねばいけない。」です。
make a pledge で「誓いを立てる」という意味のコロケーション。
どんな誓い（pledge）かというと、
that we shall always march ahead. で「我々は常に前進していかなければならない（という誓い）」です。
ここでの shall は pledge を受けて「（契約書・規格書などにおいて義務として）～しなければならない、～するものとする」という意味です。
当然のこととしてすべきものである、という意味合いです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

彼ら白人は～だと気付き始めている

their freedom is
自分たちの自由が～だと

inextricably bound to our freedom.
切手も切れないほどに我々の自由と結びついていると

We cannot walk alone.
我々黒人と白人は一人では歩けない

And

歩きながら

we must make the pledge that
我々は～すると誓わなければならない

we shall always march ahead.
我々は常に前進するのだと
