The Pentagon’s latest report on UFOs が主語で「ペンタゴンの最近のUFOに関する報告書」です。
the Pentagon は「アメリカ国防総省」の愛称です。国防総省本部の建物が五角形であることからそう呼ばれています。
report on UFOs で「UFOに関する報告書」
UFOs は unidentified flying objects「未確認飛行物体」のアクロニムです。
has revealed ～「～を明らかにした」です。
reveal リ[ヴィ]ォで「～を明らかにする、暴露する、さらけ出す」
hundreds of new reports of ～ で「数百もの～の新しい報告」です。
何の報告かというと、
(of) unidentified and unexplained aerial phenomena で「未確認かつ正体不明の航空現象」です。
aerial [エ]ァリアォで「航空の、空中の」です。
phenomena フェ[ナ]メナで「現象」です。単数形は phenomenon となります。
but ～「しかし～」
no indications「兆候はなかった」
(there were) no indications の省略です。
どんな兆候かというと、
(indications) suggesting an extraterrestrial origin. で「地球外起源を示唆する（兆候）」です。
つまり、それがエイリアンとの関連だと紐づけるようなものはなかった、ということですね。
extraterrestrial エクストゥラティ[レ]ストゥリアォは「地球外の」
extra-（外の、範囲外の）+ terrestrial「地球の、陸地の」です。
