Even your nationality sets you apart. The great majority of you belong to the world’s only remaining superpower. The way you vote, the way you live, the way you protest, the pressure you bring to bear on your government, has an impact way beyond your borders. That is your privilege, and your burden.

で「国籍さえも皆さんを特別なものにしています。ここにいる大多数の皆さんが世界に唯一残る超大国に属しています。みなさんがどう投票するか、どう生きるか、どう抗議するか、政府にどのように圧力をかけるかが、国境を越えて世界に影響を与えるのです。それは皆さんの特権でもあり、重い責任でもあります。」という意味になります。

Even your nationality sets you apart. で「みなさんの国籍でさえも、みなさんを特別なものにしている」です。
nationality で「国籍」です。
ハーバード大学での講演なので生徒たちの国籍はほとんどが「アメリカ人」ですね。
set ～ apart で「～を離しておく」、つまり「～を普通の人とは違うものにする」です。

The great majority of you で「みなさんの大多数が」
belong to ～ で「～に属している」
the world’s only remaining superpower. で「世界で唯一残っている超大国」です。
つまりアメリカを指しています。
superpower は「超大国」です。
文脈によっては、中国・ロシアなども超大国（superpower）と見なされる場合がありますが、
ここでは2008年時点での冷戦後の国際的情勢、軍事的・経済的・文化的な情勢からアメリカが唯一残っている超大国と言っているわけですね。

The way you vote, the way you live, the way you protest, the pressure you bring to bear on your government, までが主語になります。
The way you vote, で「みなさんが投票する方法」
the way you live,「みなさんの生き方」
the way you protest,「どのようにデモ活動をするか」
the pressure you bring to bear on your government, で「みなさんが政府にかける圧力」です。
bring pressure to bear on ～ で「～に圧力をかける」という意味の言い回しです。
add pressure to bear on ～とも言えます。
それらが、
has an impact で「影響力がある、影響を与える」
way beyond your borders. で「国境をはるかに越えて」
way ～ は「はるかに～、ずっと～、かなり」という意味の副詞。
例：way better that ～「～よりはるかに良い」
beyond your borders で「国境を越えて」です。
国境は360度いろいろな場所にあるという考えから borders と複数形を使います。

That is your privilege, and your burden. で「それは皆さんの特権であり、重い責任でもあります。」です。
burden は「のしかかる重荷、重責」です。
例：carry a burden all alone「たった一人で重責を担う」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

みなさんの大多数が

～に属しています
