J.K. Rowling のハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチ（2008年）です。

If you choose to use your status and influence to raise your voice on behalf of those who have no voice; if you choose to identify not only with the powerful, but with the powerless; if you retain the ability to imagine yourself into the lives of those who do not have your advantages, then it will not only be your proud families who celebrate your existence, but thousands and millions of people whose reality you have helped change.

で「皆さんがもし自分の地位と影響力をそれを持たない人々の立場に立って声を上げるのに使うことを選択すれば、もし権力を持つ人々にだけではなく、力のない人々にも親身になることを選択するならば、もし、自分のような特権を持たない人々の生活はどんなだろうと考えらえる想像力があれば、そうすれば、あなたの存在を祝福してくれるのは誇らしげなあなたの家族だけではなく、あなたが生活を変えるのを手伝った数えきれないくらいの人々になるでしょう。」という意味になります。

今回は一文が非常に長い文ですが、一つ一つ見ていきましょう。

If ～ の節が３つ、セミコロン（;）で繋げて並列された形です。
If you choose to ～「もし皆さんが～することを選ぶなら」です。
(choose to) use your status and influence で「自分の地位と影響力を使う（ことを選ぶ）」です。
to raise your voice で「声を上げることに（使う）」
raise one’s voice で「声を上げる、抗議する」です。
on behalf of ～「～に代わって、～のために」
those who have no voice; で「声のない人々（のために）」です。
ここでの voice は文字通りに実際に声が出ないという意味ではなくて「発言権」という意味になります。
if you choose to ～「もし皆さんが～することを選ぶなら」
identify not only with the powerful, but ～ で「力のある人々に親身になるだけではなく～」です。
not only ～ but … で「～だけでなく…も」という意味の言い回し。
identify with ～ で「～を自分と同一視する、～の親身になる、共感する」という意味の句動詞。
identify アイ[デ]ンティファイは「本人であることを確認する、同一視する」という意味の動詞。
ID（identification）「身分証明書」でおなじみです。
(, but) with the powerless; で「（だけでなく）力のない人々にも（親身になる）」です。
the + 形容詞 で「～な人々」という意味が作れます。
例：The weak can never forgive.「弱い者たちは他人を許すことができない。」
if you retain the ability to ～ で「もし皆さんが～する能力を保持するなら」
to imagine yourself into ～ で「自分自身が～の中にいることを想像する（能力を）」です。
(into) the lives of those who ～ で「～する人々の生活（の中に）」
(who) do not have your advantages, で「皆さんのようなアドバンテージを持たない（人々）」です。
, then ～ で「（もし）そうであるならば～」
ここでやっと主節に入ります。
it will not only be your proud families で「皆さんの誇らしげなご家族だけではなくなるでしょう。」です。
ここでの it は形式主語で、以下の who ～ 以降の節が代入される形です。
who celebrate your existence, で「あなたの存在を祝福する者」です。
形式主語itの強調構文は、It is ～ that … でおなじみですが、今回のようにthat が who ～, which ～ などになることもあります。

thousands and millions of people で「数千にも数百万に上る人々」です。
(people) whose reality you have helped change. で「（その人々の）現実が変わるのを、あなたが助けた（人々）」です。
help do ～ で「～するのに役立つ、一役買う」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
