President Faust, で「（ハーバード大学の）ファウスト学長」
Board of Overseers, で「監督委員会」です。oversee で「～を監督する」で overseer で「監督者」です。
faculty, alumni, friends, proud parents, で「教授陣の皆様、同窓生の皆様、ご友人の方々、誇らしげなご両親の皆様」です。
alumni アルムナイで「同窓生たち」という意味になります。単数形は alumnus です。
members of the ad board, で「管理委員会の皆様」です。
ここで笑いが起こっている理由ですが、the ad(ministrative) board は生徒が学業や行動面で問題を起こした場合に関わる組織であるためです。皮肉交じりのイジリですね。
and graduates of the greatest university in the world, で「そして世界一素晴らしい大学の卒業生たち」です。
名詞で使われる場合は graduate グ[ラ]ジュイトゥです。

I’m honored to be with you today で「わたしは今日皆さんと一緒にいられて大変光栄です」です。
because, ～「なぜなら～」
, let’s face it, で「正直になりましょう」です。
let’s face it は「正直になろう、現実を見つめよう、率直に話しますと」という意味の慣用句。
you accomplished something I never could. で「皆さんは～を成し遂げた（のだから）、私ができなかったことを」です。
つまりハーバードを卒業したことです。マーク・ザッカーバーグはハーバードを中退しています。

If I get through this speech, で「もし私がこのスピーチを最後まで終わらせたら」です。
get through ～ で「～を最後までやる、やり終える」です。
it’ll be (the first time) I actually finish something at Harvard. で「それは初めてになるでしょう（私がハーバードで何かを実際にやり遂げる初めて）」です。

Class of 2017, congratulations! で「2017年の卒業生の皆さん、おめでとうございます！」です。
Class of 2017 は「2017年の卒業生」を表す表現です。
congratulations は「おめでとうございます」です。慣用的に複数形で使うことが普通です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
