President Faust, members of the Harvard Corporation and the Board of Overseers, members of the faculty, proud parents, and, above all, graduates. The first thing I would like to say is ‘thank you.’

で「ファウスト学長、ハーバードコーポレーションとハーバード監督委員会の皆さま、教授陣の方々、誇らしげなご両親の皆さま、そして何よりも、卒業生の皆さま。私がまず最初に申し上げたいことは『ありがとうございます。』です。」という意味になります。

先週でキング牧師の私には夢があるが終わったので、今日から新しいスピーチに入ります。
イギリスの小説家／ハリーポッターの作者 J.K. ローリングによるハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチです。

President Faust, で「ファウスト学長」
第28代学長キャサリン・ドルー・ギルピン・ファウスト氏のことです。ハーバード大学初の女性学長だそうです。
members of ～「～のメンバーの皆さま」
the Harvard Corporation で「ハーバードコーポレーション」
and「そして」
the Board of Overseers,「ハーバード監督委員会」です。
上記２つの組織によってハーバード大学は運営されているそうです。

board は「委員会、理事会、役員会」
overseer で「監督官、民生委員」などという意味です。
動詞形 oversee オウヴァー[スィ]ー で「～を監督する、監視する」という意味ですね。
そして、
members of the faculty, で「教授陣の皆さま」です。
faculty [ファ]カゥティは大学の「教員陣、教授陣」という意味の名詞です。
そして、
proud parents, で「誇らしげなご両親の皆さま」です。子供の大学卒業にあたって「誇らしい気持ちの」という意味です。
and, ～「そして最後に～」
, above all, graduates.「なによりも、卒業生の皆さま」です。
above all は「何よりも、何よりも上に、とりわけ」
graduate は「卒業生」です。または「大学院生」という意味でも使われます。
名詞の場合は graduate グ[ラ]ジュイトゥと発音します。
動詞「卒業する」では graduate グ[ラ]ジュエイトゥと発音します。

The first thing I would like to say is ～ で「私がまず最初に言いたいことは～です」
would like to do ～ で「～したいと思う」です。 want to do ～ の丁寧な言い回し。
‘thank you.’「ありがとう」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

ハーバードコーポレーションとハーバード監督委員会の皆さま

members of the faculty,
教授陣の皆さま
