Today, I was dismissed because of my company’s strict “no drugs” policy. Yesterday, I had a talk with my team leader and confessed that I have to take antidepressants; this arse then reported it to the management, and they fired me because they are not aware of what these pills contain, and it could affect my performance. FML
で「今日、私は解雇された。会社の厳しい薬物禁止ポリシーのせいで。昨日、チームリーダーと話をしていて自分が抗うつ剤を服用しなければならないことしゃべってしまった。このバカが管理部に報告してしまい、会社は私をクビにした。会社側はこれらの薬に何が含有されているかも分からず、それが私のパフォーマンスに影響するかもしれないからと言って。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was dismissed で「私は解雇された」です。
dismiss ディス[ミ]スは「～を解雇する、却下する、退ける」という意味の動詞。
この意味では fire と入れ替え可能です。
because of ～「～のために、～の理由で」
my company’s strict “no drugs” policy. で「会社の厳格な薬物禁止ポリシー（のために）」です。
no drugs で「ノードラッグ、一切のドラッグ禁止」です。
policy は「方針」という意味になります。

Yesterday, I had a talk with my team leader で「昨日、私はチームリーダーと話をした」です。
have a talk with ～ で「～と話をする、～と会話した」という意味のコロケーション。
and confessed that ～ で「そして（私は）～ということを告白した」です。
confess コン[フェ]スで「～を告白する、白状する」
that I have to take antidepressants; で「私が抗うつ剤を服用しなければならないことを」です。
take ～ で「（薬などを）服用する」という意味になります。
例：take medicine「薬を服用する」
antidepressant アンタイディプ[レ]サントゥは「抗うつ剤」です。先週も出てきましたが depression ディプ[レ]ションで「鬱病」となります。

this arse then reported it to the management, で「このアホが、その後、それを管理部に報告した」です。
this arse は先ほどのチームリーダーを指しています。

and they fired me で「そして彼らは私を解雇した」です。
they は会社の management「管理部、経営陣」を指しています。
fire ～ で「～を解雇する、クビにする」です。

because ～「なぜなら～」
they are not aware of ～「彼らは～をよくわかっていない（から）」
be aware of ～ で「～を分かっている、～に気づいている、知っている」
what these pills contain, で「これらの錠剤が何を含んでいるかを」です。
つまり、抗うつ剤の成分がどんなものか、ということです。
, and ～「また～」
it could affect my performance. で「それが私の仕事のパフォーマンスに影響する可能性がある（から）」です。
affect ～ で「～に影響を与える、～に響く」です。
例：affect a child’s growth「子供の成長に影響を与える」
