で「国連は災害よりもひどい。国連は紛争を引き起こしている。国連人権理事会の恥ずべき姿を見てみろ。そこでは、有害で、自由に反し、反ユダヤ主義的な規範などが広められている。国連が存在しない方が、世界はもっと良くなるだろう。」という意味になります。

The U.N. is worse than disaster. で「国際連合は災害よりもひどい。」です。
the U.N. で the United Nations の略です。
このようにピリオド（.）で省略を表せます。
例：Inc. = Incorporated. , the U.S.A. = the United States of America

The U.N. creates conflicts. で「国連は紛争を作り出している。」です。
conflict [コ]ンフリクトゥで「対立、衝突、紛争」という意味の名詞です。

Look at the disgraceful U.N. Human Rights Council で「恥ずべき国連人権理事会の見てみろ」です。
disgraceful で「恥ずべき、みっともない、恥さらしの」という意味の形容詞。
the U.N. Human Rights Council で「国連人権委員会」
human rights で「人権」ですね。
human rights は基本的に常に複数形で使われます。これは「人権」という概念が複数の権利（自由権、平等権、表現の自由など）を指すためです。

コロン（:）で「つまり～、その心は～」
It transmits norms which ～ で「それは～な規範を発信している」です。
It は the U.N. Human Rights Council を指しています。
norm は「規範、基準、標準的な状況」です。
例：act differently than the norm「一般とは異なった行動をとる」
どんな規範かというと、
(norms) which are harmful, anti-liberty and anti-Semitic, で「有害で、反自由主義で、反ユダヤ主義な（規範）」です。
semitic セ[ミ]ティクで「セム語族の」という意味ですが、ここでは「ユダヤ人の」です。
anti- はアンチではなく、[ア]ンティもしくは[ア]ンタイと発音します。
, among other things. で「他にもたくさんある中でもとりわけ」という意味の言い回し。

The world would be better off in its absence. で「世界はそれがない方がより良くなるだろう」です。
be better off ～ で「～のほうがもっと良い」です。
in one’s absence で「～の不在で、～がいない状態で」です。
its は the U.N. Human Rights Council もしくは the U.N. を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
