Today, after I moved to a new area, I bumped into an old guy on crutches who asked me where the doctor’s was. I wasn’t sure, so Google Mapped it. I read the map wrong and sent him in the opposite direction. I’ve seen him twice since and I reckon if he could catch me, he’d kill me. FML

Today. after I moved to a new area, I bumped into an old guy on crutches who asked me where the doctor’s was. I wasn’t sure, so Google Mapped it. I read the map wrong and sent him in the opposite direction. I’ve seen him twice since and I reckon if he could catch me, he’d kill me. FML
で「今日、今日、新しい地域に引っ越したあと、松葉づえをついた年配の男性にばったり会って医者はどこかと尋ねられた。自信がなかったので、グーグルマップで調べたが、地図を読み違えて彼を反対方向へ行かせてしまった。その後、彼を2回見かけたがもし彼が私に追いつけるなら、きっと私を殺すと思う。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

after I moved to a new area, で「新しい地域に引っ越した後」です。
move to ～ で「～に引っ越しをする」です。

I bumped into an old guy on crutches で「私は～にばったり出会った、松葉づえを突いた年配の男性に」です。
bump into ～ で「～に（偶然）ばったり出会う、鉢合わせする」です。
run into ～ などとも言えます。
on crutches で「松葉杖を突いた」という意味です。
例：He walked on crutches.「彼は松葉杖を突いて歩いていた。」
crutch で「松葉づえ、支え」です。車のクラッチは clutch ですね。
その男性が、
who asked me ～ で「私に～と尋ねた」
where the doctor’s was.「病院はどこかと」です。
the doctor’s は the doctor’s (office) の略で「医院、診療所」です。

I wasn’t sure, so ～「私ははっきりわからなかったので～」
Google Mapped it. で「グーグルマップでそれを調べた」です。
Google Map が動詞として使われています。
例：I googled his name.「彼の名前をググった。」

I read the map wrong で「私は地図を読み違えた」です。
read a map で「地図を見る」です。
and ～「そして～」
sent him in the opposite direction. で「反対方向に彼を行かせてしまった」です。
in a ～ direction で「～の方向へ」です。
direction や way など【方向／方角】の場合は in を使います。
opposite オ[ポ]ズィトゥで「反対側の、逆の」です。
例：the opposite lane「対向車線」

I’ve seen him twice since で「私は彼を見かけた、それ以降2回」です。
and ～「そして～」
I reckon ～「私は～だと思う」です。
reckon は think と同じ意味で「～だと思う、～だと考える」です。
イギリス英語や、アメリカでは南部で使われることが多いです。
if he could catch me, で「もし彼が私を捕まえることができたなら」
仮定法過去（Conditional Type 2）ですね。
he’d kill me.「彼は私を殺すだろう。」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
