Today, my wife complained that the shower was draining slowly, so I took the drain cover off and snaked the drain. I pulled out a giant blob of reeking, stinking, rotten filth. My wife saw it and screamed. Now she insists she can still smell it on my hands and won’t let me near her. FML
で「今日、妻がシャワーの排水が遅いと文句を言ったので、排水口のカバーを外してスネーク（配管掃除用ワイヤー）で詰まりを取った。すると、悪臭を放つ、ものすごく臭くて腐った汚物の塊が出てきた。それを見た妻は悲鳴を上げ、まだあなたの手からその臭いがする、と言い張って、私に近づこうとしない。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my wife complained that ～「妻が～だと不満を言った」です。
complain that ～ で「～と文句を言う、不平を漏らす」です。
何と不平を言ったのかというと、
(that) the shower was draining slowly, で「家のシャワーがゆっくり排水される（と）」です。
つまり床の排水溝から排水されるのが遅い、ということですね。
drain で「水が流れ出る、排水される」です。
, so ～「だから～」
I took the drain cover off「私は排水溝のカバーを外して」です。
take ～ off で「～を外す」
and ～「そして～」
snaked the drain. で「排水溝をスネークした」です。
snake はワイヤー状の器具（Plumber’s snake）を使って排水管などを詰まりを取ることです。

I pulled out ～「私は～を引き出した」
a giant blob of ～「巨大な～のブニャブニャしたもの」
blob は「ドロッとした塊」
80年代にThe Blob というホラー映画がありましたね。

(blob of) reeking, stinking, rotten filth. で「異臭を放つ、鼻にツンとする、腐ったゴミ（の塊）」です。
reek も stink も「臭い匂いがする」という似た意味ですが、
reek の方が強烈な悪臭が漂う（充満してプンプンする）イメージです。
rotten は「腐った」、動詞の原形は rot「腐る」です。
filth は「ごみ、汚物、よごれ」です。

My wife saw it and screamed.「妻はそれを見てキャーと叫んだ。」

Now「今」
she insists (that) ～「妻は～だと言い張っている」
she can still smell it on my hands「私の手にまだその臭いを嗅ぐことができる（と）」です。
and ～「そして～」
(she) won’t let me near her.「（妻は）私を彼女に近づかせようとしない。」
1et ～ … で「～に…させる、～に…することを許す」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
