で「両親は賛成してくれました。そして今、僕はアプストアに自分のアプリを載せています。家族、友達、先生、そしてアプストアの人からも、たくさんの興味や励ましをもらいました。それは僕にとって大きな助けになりました。」という意味になります。

They agreed, and now I have apps on the App Store. で「彼らは同意した、そして私は今アプリをアプストア上に持っています」です。
自分が作ったアプリをアプストアに載せてもらっているということですね。
they とは my parents「僕の両親」のことです。
日本では、親や上司など目上に当たる人のことを「彼ら、彼、彼女」などと代名詞で呼ぶのは失礼となりますから、なんとなく違和感を感じますね。
その点、英語ではどんなに目上でも they や he/she と言います。
その辺が英語圏で「年齢による上下感覚」があまりない要因なのかもしれませんね。

I’ve gotten a lot of interest and encouragement from ～ で「僕は～を得てきました、～からたくさんの興味と励ましを」です。
a lot of interest and encouragement で「たくさんの興味と励まし」です。
encouragement エン[カ]リッジメントは「激励、勇気づけ、励まし」です。
動詞形は encourage エン[カ]リッジ「励ます、勇気づける」です。
courage [カ]リッジで「勇気」ですね。
en- は「～にする」という意味の接頭辞です。
例：enrich「豊かにする」、enlarge「大きくする」

誰から激励（encouragement）をもらったかというと、
my family, friends, teachers and even people at the Apple Store, で「家族、友達、先生、そしてアプストアの人たちからも」です。
people at the Apple Store は「アプストアの担当者さんたち」のことですね。

and that’s been a huge help to me. で「そしてそれは僕にとって大きな助けになってきました」です。
that’s been ～ は that has been ～ の略です。
huge help は「大きな助け」ですね。
huge は「大きな、巨大な、莫大な」という意味の形容詞（adjective）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

僕はアプストアにアプリを掲載しています
