This is one of the most painful reconciliations to make in a creative life. But maybe it doesn’t have to be quite so full of anguish if you never happened to believe, in the first place, that the most extraordinary aspects of your being came from you.

This is one of the most painful reconciliations to make
例:something to eat「何か食べるもの」、a difficult decision to make「決めるのが難しいこと」
in a creative life で「創造的な人生」です。

But maybe ~

it doesn’t have to be quite so full of anguish
not have to ~ で「~しなくてもいい」です。
I am not quite so bulky.「私はそんなに体が大ききほうではない。」

if you never happened to believe (that) ~ で「もし~だと信じしてしまったりしなければ」です。

in the first place,「そもそも、最初から」

(that) the most extraordinary aspects of your being came from you.
the most extraordinary aspects of your being
例:discover hidden aspects of my being「自分でも気付いていなかった自分を知る」

This is one of

in a creative life.

But maybe

it doesn’t have to be

quite so full of anguish

in the first place,

that
~だと

the most extraordinary aspects of your being

came from you.

the most painful reconciliations to make

in a creative life.

But maybe

it doesn’t have to be

quite so full of anguish

if you never happened to believe,

in the first place,

that

the most extraordinary aspects of your being

came from you.

This is one of
the most painful reconciliations to make
in a creative life.
But maybe
it doesn’t have to be
quite so full of anguish
if you never happened to believe,
in the first place,
that
the most extraordinary aspects of your being
came from you.

But maybe
it doesn’t have to be
quite so full of anguish
if you never happened to believe,
in the first place,
