本日の例文

TED-Edより「What are those floaty things in your eye?（目の中に浮かんでいるものはなんだろう？）」です。

They might be bits of tissue, red blood cells, or clumps of protein. And because they’re suspended within the vitreous humor, the gel-like liquid that fills the inside of your eye, floaters drift along with your eye movements, and seem to bounce a little when your eye stops.

They might be bits of tissue, red blood cells, or clumps of protein. And because they’re suspended within the vitreous humor, the gel-like liquid that fills the inside of your eye, floaters drift along with your eye movements, and seem to bounce a little when your eye stops.
で「それらは、細胞組織の小片か、赤血球か、もしくはたんぱく質の塊という場合もあります。そして、それらは硝子体液（眼球の中を満たすジェル状の液体）の中に漂っているので、フローターは目の動きに合わせて漂い、目の動きが止まるとちょっと弾むような動きをします。」という意味になります。

They might be bits of tissue, red blood cells, or clumps of protein. で「それらは、～かもしれない、小さな細胞組織か、赤血球か、たんぱく質の塊か」です。
they は floaters を指しています。
bits of tissue で「細胞組織の小さな破片」です。
bits of ～ は a bit of ～ の複数形ですね。

bits of tissue と red blood cells と clumps of protein の三つを ～, ～, or ～ のいつもの形で列挙しています。
red blood cell は「赤血球」という意味です。
白血球は予想の通り white blood cell となります。
clumps of protein で「たんぱく質の塊」です。
clump は「茂み、木立、塊、群れ」などという意味の名詞です。
protein プ[ロ]ウティンで「たんぱく質」です。発音に注意しましょう。

And「また」
because ～「～なので」
they’re suspended within the vitreous humor, で「それらは硝子体液の中に漂っている（ので）」です。
be suspended で「～に漂っている、浮遊している」という意味の言い回しです。
suspend は「～をつるす、浮かせる」という意味の動詞です。
ズボンがずり落ちないようにするための「サスペンダー」でおなじみのイメージです。
vitreous humor で「ガラス体液」という意味になります。
, the gel-like liquid that fills the inside of your eye, は vitreous humor を言い換えて詳しく説明している名詞句（挿入句）です。
the gel-like liquid (that) ～ で「～しているジェル状の液体」です。
何をしているかというと、
fills the inside of your eye で「あなたの目の内部を満たしている」です。

上記の通りなので（because ～）
floaters drift along with your eye movements, で「（飛蚊症の）フローターは、あなたの目の動きに合わせて漂う」です。
drift は「水面を漂う、漂流する、横滑りする」といった意味の動詞です。
along with ～ は「～と一緒に、～に合わせて」という意味の言い回しです。
and seem to bounce a little で「また（フローターは）ちょっと跳ねるように見える」です。
bounce a little で「ちょっと跳ねる、弾む」です。
a little は二語セットの副詞で「ちょっと、少し」という意味です。
when your eye stops. で「あなたの目（の動き）が停止する時」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

それらは～かもしれない
