で「今日、私のことを好きな人（って誰かと考えたら、）ポン中とホームレス男とセラピストだけだ。ポン中は実際のところ私が好きだとは思えないし、他の二人にはお金を払っている。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

投稿者は女性のようです。本当の友達って？ってたまに考えちゃいますよね。

the only people who like me までが主語で「私を好きな唯一の人々」です。

meth addict は俗語で「覚せい剤中毒者、ポン中、薬中」です。
meth は methamphetamine メタンフェタミンの略で「覚せい剤」のことです。
addict は「中毒者」という意味の名詞です。
例：alcohol addict「アル中」

I don’t think the meth head actually likes me, で「ポン中は実際のところ私が好きだとは思えない」です。
meth head は meth addict と同じ意味。
-head は「中毒者」という意味で使います。
例：hash-head「大麻中毒者」

I give money to the other two で「他の二人にはお金を渡している」です。
