で「日本の巨大自動車企業トヨタが火曜日に社の利益予想を修正した。円安と米国内の減税のおかげで過去最高の純利益になると予想していると語った。」という意味になります。

Japanese car giant Toyota で「日本の巨大自動車企業トヨタ」です。
car giant で「巨大自動車企業」となります。
giant は「巨人」という意味ですが、会社に使うと「巨大企業」という意味になります。
例：computer giant「巨大コンピューター企業」、food giant「巨大食品企業」

revised its earnings forecast で「自身の利益予想を修正した」となります。
revise リヴァイズは「～を修正する、～を訂正する」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は、revision「訂正、補正、改訂、訂正版」です。
例：revision history「改訂履歴」
earnings は「利益」という意味です。

saying ～ 部分は、saying (that) it ～ で「それは～だと言っている」です。
it はトヨタのことですね。（企業の代名詞は it となります。）

it expected to see a record annual net profit で「トヨタは過去最高の年間純利益となると予想している」です。
expect to see ～ で「～となることが見込まれる、予想している、期待する」です。
record annual net profit で「過去最高の年間純利益」です。
record は「記録的な、過去最高の」です。
net profit は「純利益」です。
net は「正味の、純資産の、純益の」という意味です。
対義語は gross で「総計の、全体の」です。
net profit で「純利益」、gross profit で「粗利益」です。

thanks to a weaker yen and U.S. tax cuts で「円安と米国内の減税のおかげで」です。
thanks to ～ で「～のおかげで」となります。
weaker yen は「どんどん弱まる円」で「円安」という意味です。
weak 「弱い」です。
対義語は、stronger yen「円高」です。
