Today, I woke up and saw a piece of black fuzz on my shirt. I tried to pick it off but it crawled into my hand and stabbed my skin with its sharp legs. I screamed like a little girl because I had a centipede on me. FML
で「今日、目覚めると、自分のシャツの上に黒い綿毛のようなものがいるのに気づいた。私はそれを摘まみ取ろうとしたけど、それは手の中に這って潜り込んで鋭い足で私の肌を刺した。私は小さな女の子のような叫び声を上げた。ムカデが体に付いていたのだ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I woke up and saw a piece of black fuzz on my shirt. で「私は目覚めると、一つの黒い綿毛を見た、自分のシャツの上に」です。
black fuzz は「黒い綿毛、黒いけば」となります。
fuzz は「けば、綿毛、産毛、曖昧なもの、ぼやっとしたもの」と言う意味です。

I tried to pick it off で「私はそれを摘まみ取ろうとした」です。
try to ～ で「～しようとする」です。
pick it off で「それを摘まみ取る」です。
例：pick grapes off of a vine「ブドウをブドウの木から摘まみ取る」

but it crawled into my hand で「しかしそれは私の手の中に潜り込んだ」です。
crawl は「這う」と言う意味の動詞（verb）です。
crawl into ～ なので「～に這って入り込む」です。
例：He crawled into his sleeping bag.「彼は寝袋に潜り込んだ」

and stabbed my skin with its sharp legs で「それは私の肌をその鋭い足で刺した」です。
stab スタブは「～をブスッと刺す」です。
例：stab with fork「フォークで刺す」

I screamed like a little girl で「私は小さな女の子のように叫び声を上げた」です。
scream は「きゃーと叫ぶ」と言う意味の動詞です。

because I had a centipede on me. で「なぜなら私はムカデを乗せていたから」です。
I had a centipede on me は直訳すると「私は私の上にムカデを持っていた」ですが、
この場合は「ムカデが付いていた」と言う意味合いです。
centipede [セ]ンティピードゥ「ムカデ、百足」ですね。
centi-（百の）＋ pede（脚）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
