で「ここだけの話、ぶっちゃけて言ってしまえば、私はもうあれほどの成功を手にする可能性は非常に低いんです。ああ、なんてことでしょう！」という意味になります。

I should just put it bluntly, because we’re all sort of friends here now で「もうここにいる皆さんは友達みたいなものですから、ぶっちゃけて言っちゃいましょう」という意味です。

I should just put it bluntly, で「私ははっきりと言うべきだ」です。
put it bluntly で「はっきりと言う、単刀直入に話す」という意味です。
put には「～を表現する、言葉にする、話す」という意味があります。
例：put very simply「ごく簡単に言うと」
bluntly は「はっきりと、ずばりと」という意味の副詞（adverb）です。
形容詞は blunt で元の意味は「刃の切れ味が悪い」という意味です。
そこから「感覚が鋭くない、人の気持ちに鈍感な、無遠慮な、ぶっきらぼうな、率直な」となります。

because we’re all sort of friends here now で「なぜなら、私たちはみんな友達みたいなものだ、今ここで」です。

it’s exceedingly likely that ～ で「～である可能性が非常に高い」です。
前回も出てきました。
exceedingly は「非常に、ことのほか」という意味の副詞です。
it’s likely that ～ で「～である可能性が高い」という意味でしたね。

何である可能性が高いかというと、
(that) my greatest success is behind me. で「私の最も大きな成功は過ぎ去ってしまった、過去のものになってしまった」です。
my greatest success で「最大の成功」つまり、キャリア上の成功の頂上がもう過ぎてしまっていて、あとはずっと下っていくだけだという事です。
behind ～ で「～の後ろに」という意味です。
～ is behind me で「～はもう過去のものだ、もう戻ってくることはない」という意味の言い回しです。
例：Just let it go. Put the past behind you.「もう忘れなよ。過去は過去のものとして割り切って。」、Those days are behind me.「あの頃はもう過去のことだ。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

I should just put it bluntly,
ぶっちゃけて言っちゃいましょう

because we’re all sort of friends here now —
もうここの皆さんは友達みたいなものですから

it’s exceedingly likely that
～である可能性がとても高いのです

my greatest success is behind me.
私の最高点はもう過ぎてしまった
