で「そして、この先私が何を書こうがそれは、あの異常なほど売れた前作の本の後に出た作品として世の中に評価されることになる可能性が非常に高いのです。」という意味になります。

it’s exceedingly likely that ～ で「～である可能性が非常に高い」となります。
it is likely that ～ で「～である可能性が高い」という意味の言い回しです。
逆に、It is unlikely that ～ だと「～である可能性は低い」となります。
exceedingly イク[スィ]ーディングリは「非常に、ことのほか」という意味の強調の副詞です。
動詞形は exceed で「～を超える、上回る」です。

どんな可能性が高いのかというと、
anything I write from this point forward is going to be ～ で「私が執筆するものは何でも、これから先、～されることになる」です。
anything (that) I write で「私が書くもの（は何でも）」です。
from this point forward で「この先、これから先、今後」という意味の言い回しです。

is going to be judged by the world で「世の中に評価されることになる」です。
be judged で「評価される、判定される」です。
as the work that ～ で「～な作品として」です。

どんな作品としてかというと、
as the work (that) came after the freakish success of my last book で「～の後に来た作品として。あの異常なほど成功した私の前作の後に」です。
came after ～ で「～の後に来た」です。
出版物なのでこの場合は「～の後に出た、出版された」です。
the freakish success of my last book で「異常なほどの成功、私の前作の本の」です。
freakish フ[リ]ーキッシュは「異常なほど、不思議なほど」という意味の形容詞です。
名詞形は freak フリークで「変人、奇人、奇形、気まぐれ」などという意味です。
例：freakish coincidence「奇妙な偶然」、freakish weather「異常気象」
my last book とはベストセラーになった “Eat, Pray, Love” のことですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

そして～である可能性が非常に高いです

anything I write
私が執筆するものは何でも

これから先に

is going to be judged
は、判定されることになる
