Sharp Corp said on Wednesday (that) ～ で「シャープ社が、水曜日に、～と発表した」です。
said は「言った」ですが、ニュース記事などで announced「発表する、公表する」と同じ意味でよく使われます。

it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against ～ で「同社が～に対して特許侵害の訴状を提出したと」です。
it は Sharp Corp を指しています。
file a lawsuit で「訴状を提出する、訴訟を起こす」です。
file には「～を提出する」また「苦情などを申し立てる」という意味があります。
lawsuit [ロ]ースートゥで「訴訟」です。
この場合は、a patent infringement lawsuit で「特許侵害の訴訟」です。
infringe で「～を侵害する、～の権利を侵す」という意味の動詞です。

seek an injunction で「差し止めを求める」です。
injunction は「差し止め、差し止め命令、強制命令」という意味です。
例：issue an injunction「差し止め命令を出す」
to ban one of Vizio’s TV products in the United States. で「～を禁止する（差し止め命令）、Vizioのテレビ製品の一つを、アメリカでの」です。
ban ～ で「～を（法律によって）禁じる」です。
