で「今日、私の彼が完全にゾンビとホラー映画にはまっている。彼が何を見ようが構わないが、一つ問題なのは、その大きな意気地なしがひどくのたうち回るような悪夢を見ることだ。昨晩、彼は激しくのたうち回って、私の顔に肘打ちを食らわせた。私の額に大きな紫のたんこぶができた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my boyfriend is completely obsessed with zombie and horror movies. で「私の彼が、完全にゾンビとホラー映画に取りつかれている」です。
be obsessed with ～ で「～で頭がいっぱいだ、～に取りつかれて」という意味の言い回しです。
名詞形は obsession アブ[セ]ション「脅迫観念、妄想、取りつかれていること」
例：obsession with detail「細部へのこだわり」、obsessed with money 「金に取りつかれた」

I don’t care what he watches, で「私は気にしない、彼が何を見ようと」です。
care ～ で「～を気にする、かまう、関心がある」です。

the only problem is (that) ～ で「唯一の問題は～ということだ」
(that) the big wuss has horrible thrashing nightmares. で「その大きい弱虫はのたうち回るようなひどい悪夢を見る（ことだ）」です。
have a nightmare で「悪夢を見る」となります。
wuss ウスで「弱虫、臆病者、ヘタレ」です。
ここでは big をつけて体は大きいが心は弱虫という意味になっています。
thrash スラッシュはここでは「手足をばたつかせる」という意味です。
元の意味は、鞭や脱穀棒（Flail）を強く打ち付けるという意味です。
例：thrasher「ムチを打つ人、脱穀機」

Last night he thrashed so hard, で「昨晩、彼はあまりにも手足をバタバタさせた」
その結果、
he elbowed me in the face. で「彼は私の額に肘打ちを食らわせた」です。
elbow は名詞では「肘」ですが、今回は動詞で「肘でつつく、肘打ちする」です。
in the ～ で「～の部分を（攻撃する）」です。人体に攻撃するときの言い回しです。
例：be shot in the head「頭部を撃たれる」、kick someone in the butt「人の尻を蹴飛ばす」

I have a big swollen purple knot right on my forehead. で「大きな紫のたんこぶが私の額にできた」です。
knot は「結び目」という意味でよく使われますがここでは「たんこぶ、こぶ」です。
swollen は swell の過去分詞形で「膨れた」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
