Today, after I just bought a house that is pretty good and suits all our needs for space, my in-laws moved in because they ran into financial troubles. Guess who is stuck with all the extra expenditures? FML
で「今日、私たち家族のための広さの需要も満たしている、なかなかいい家を買った後、義理の両親が、財政難に陥ったために我が家に転がり込んできた。さて、その予定外の支出を押し付けられるのは誰でしょう？ F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

after I just bought a house (that) ～ で「私が家を買った後で、（その家は～な）」です。
どんな家かというと、
(that) is pretty good and suits all our needs for space, で「（その家は）かなり良く、私たちの広さのニーズをすべて満たしている」です。
suit はここでは動詞で「～に合う、適合する」という意味になります。
suit all our needs なので「私たちのニーズにすべて適った」となります。
needs for space で「スペースのニーズ、広さの需要」です。

そのあとで、
my in-laws moved in で「私の義両親が引っ越してきた」です。
投稿者の性別は男性のようなので、奥さんのご両親が引っ越してきた、ということです。
in-laws で「義理の両親」という意味になります。
形容詞で in-law で「義理の、結婚相手側の血縁の」という意味です。
血では繋がっていないけど「法律で繋がっている」という意味合いですね。
例：brother-in-law「義理の兄弟」
because they ran into financial troubles. で「なぜなら、彼らが財政的なトラブルに見舞われたので」です。
run into ～ は「偶然出くわす、～にぶつかる、～に陥る」という意味の言い回しです。
例：run into each other「ばったり出くわす」

Guess who ～ ? で「～するのはだーれだ？」です。
guess は、なぞなぞでよく使われる表現で「答えを当てる」という意味です。
例：Guess what?「なんだか当ててみて」、Guess who?「誰でしょう？」
is stuck with all the extra expenditures? で「それら臨時出費のすべてを押し付けられるのは？」です。
答えは求めない修辞疑問文（rhetorical question）です。
それを押し付けられるのは「この私だ」と暗に言っています。
be stuck with ～ で「～にはまって抜けられない、～を押し付けられる」と言った意味の言い回しです。
例：be stuck with an engine problem「エンジントラブルに遭って立ち往生する」
stuck は stick「くっつく、ピンで留められる」の過去分詞形ですので「～にくっ付いて離れられない状況で」というイメージですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
